Responsibilities
Schedule Requests, liaison with clients to set up appointments.
• Ensure all course materials are ready for the instructors.
• Process course materials with various government departments and clients.
• Ensure the rooms are cleaned and ready for teaching.
• Coordinate information and processes with safety instructors.
• Respond to requests via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Print course materials, prepare handouts, prepare information for clients.
• Ability to format courses or handouts or power point.
• Safety knowledge or training would be preferred.
• Other tasks as required.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Post-Secondary in an Office Administration Program.
• Experience in an office environment.
• Detail oriented, able to multi-task and problem solve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Ability to format or revise documents
• Safety knowledge or training would be an asset.
