As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of their operations. You will handle various administrative tasks , gather data, and maintain records.
Location: Scarborough
Job Type: Full-Time 12 month contract position
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm

Responsibilities
-Update and archive shift reports electronically.
-Email production reports and access the Roll Tracking System (RTS).
-Prepare and send the Liner Mill Grade Summary Report.
-Manage mail distribution.
-Attend meetings, to keep informed with any updates from the production team
-Handle security card systems and supplies.
-Update electronic vacation forms and records.
-Maintain overtime spreadsheets and attendance records.
-Complete Expense reports and send over to Accounting
-Issue parking permits and manage vehicle records in a spreadsheet
-Handle keys, including ordering and distribution.
-Manage shipment paperwork for equipment.
-Create and update monthly overtime spreadsheets.
-Distribute monthly RTS reports.
-Order office supplies and batteries for equipment.
-Maintain employee contact sheets.
-Create and post signs as needed.
-Coordinate flower orders for bereavements.
-Manage Lockout Pro 3.0 to tag equipment.
-Handle drawing requests.
-Create an annual shift schedule calendar.
-Prepare a yearly vacation planner.
-Organize company events (if applicable).
Qualifications
-Min 2-3 years previous administrative or data entry experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Tech savvy and is quick to learn new software programs
-Strong organization and attention to detail.
-Excellent verbal and written language skills.
-Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is considered an ASSET.
