    We are currently looking to fill a Permanent Administrative Assistant role for a fantastic Real Estate Advisor!

    Monday- Friday (No Weekends)
    Free parking on site

    Responsibilities
    - Answer all incoming telephone calls, including receiving tenant service requests
    - Manage the front desk reception and welcome and assist all visitors to the office
    - Develop and maintain an excellent line of communication among building operators, staff, management, contractors and tenants and other external parties, maintaining excellent working relationships
    - Generate work orders, maintain tenant info / employee profiles, and input all completed work orders in a timely manner.
    - Perform various administrative duties including; typing, filing, expense reports
    - Manage parking, storage and telecom for property including tracking of license agreements (with head office - contracts department)

    Qualifications
    - 2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant
    - Bilingual is an asset but not mandatory
    - Working knowledge of Microsoft Suites (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    - Must be fully vaccinated
