Responsibilities
Assemble CVs in the firm's format to respond to calls for tender;
Read and analyze proposal documents and identify constraints and presentation requirements;
Support the full cycle of bid preparation within established deadlines;
Monitor deadlines and bid-related tasks in collaboration with team members;
Produce required documents using various software programs (InDesign, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
Follow up and follow up with stakeholders for bid production and ensure deadlines;
Revise and correct documents;
Manage the information and content created by populating and updating the content database;
Update tools for monitoring and improving service offers;
Qualifications
Strong interest in architecture and design;
College diploma (DEC) in administration or relevant field;
Minimum of one year's experience in a similar position required;
Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 ;
Knowledge of InDesign, Adobe ;
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a variety of professionals;
Rigor, meticulousness, organization and sense of responsibility;
Resourcefulness, proactivity, creative spirit;
Ability to work to tight deadlines;
Flexibility and positive attitude;
