    A well-known medical clinic in the North York region of Toronto is looking for an Administrative Clerk to join their team and support an important health initiative. This role is perfect for a supportive team player who is capable of working with minimal supervision and has a passion for the healthcare industry. The Administrative Clerk role is a temporary opportunity with the possibility for extension.

    We are looking for an individual in the Toronto area with availability to start September 26 or 27.

    Responsibilities
    What YOU will be doing as a Administrative Clerk:

    - Meet and greet clinic patients in a professional manner
    - Provide technical assistance to patients with self-check in software
    - Check patients in and out, ensure that all information is correct and complete
    - Answer patient inquiries
    - Work closely with onsite nurses
    - Other administrative duties as assigned such as Data Entry

    Qualifications
    What YOU bring to the role of Administrative Clerk:

    - 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
    - Tech-savvy: comfortable resolving simple technical issues
    - Must have excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
    - Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
    - Self-starter, able to work independently for long periods
    - Friendly, team player
