A well-known medical clinic in Toronto is looking for 5 Administrative Clerks to join their team and support an important health initiative. This role is perfect for a supportive team player who is capable of working with minimal supervision and has a passion for the healthcare industry. The Administrative Clerk role is a temporary opportunity with the possibility for extension.
We are looking for individuals in the Toronto area with availability to start October 15th.

Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as a Administrative Clerk:
- Meet and greet clinic patients in a professional manner
- Provide technical assistance to patients with self-check in software
- Check patients in and out, ensure that all information is correct and complete
- Answer patient inquiries
- Work closely with onsite nurses
- Other administrative duties as assigned such as Data Entry
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the role of Administrative Clerk:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Tech-savvy: comfortable resolving simple technical issues
- Must have excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self-starter, able to work independently for long periods
- Friendly, team player
