Responsibilities
What does the typical day look like(duties)?
- Complete daily Purchase Orders
- Input Invoices into Excel documents
- Entering orders into SAP/Coupa Databases
- Event planning (office parties/events)
Qualifications
- minimum one year of Admin experience in a financial sector-type environment
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
-Problem-Solving and time-management skills
-Resourcefulness and versatile personality
-proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
-Knowledge of SAP/COUPA is an asset
