The Administration Clerk performs a variety of administrative support duties . They are responsible for duties that include reviewing and processing documents, responding to client enquiries, assisting with completion of forms , processing receipts, work orders, procurement documents and accounts payable invoices, performing reception duties, and providing general clerical, data entry and word processing support
Advantages

Responsibilities
•Front desk coverage
•Answering phones
•Assisting public with questions
•General administrative tasks
• Sorts, and delivers incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Ability to multitask
• Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal).
•The ability to react to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
•Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• MS office
