    We are currently looking for an administrator coordinator in Baie D'urfe for a distributor company. Come groove with us…we are in pursuit of creative, confident, charismatic go-getters! This person would be responsible for the day to day procedures within the customer service department. Be part of an ever-growing team.

    Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm
    Salary $42,000-$45,000

    Responsibilities
    • Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person or by telephone.
    • Answering or referring inquiries.
    • Answering phone calls promptly and courteously, transfer calls to the appropriate individuals.
    • HR duties such as posting jobs, parsing CVs.
    • Maintaining security by following procedures.
    • Monitoring logbook.
    • Receiving and separating all incoming mail per procedures.
    • Leasing with couriers.
    • Mailing invoices.
    • Other administrative duties as required.

    Qualifications
    • Completed CEGEP degree or higher.
    • 2-3 years working as a receptionist for a mid-sized or large company with a fast-paced reception desk.
    • Proficiency with MS Office.
    • Exceptional communication skills (English & French, written & spoken).
    • Sense of organization and priorities.
    • Attention to detail with ability to read and analyze information.
