job description

What other people call a fast pace you call a regular Tuesday. You understand that in order for your sales team to outperform the competition, they need to be kept organized and you need to find order in the chaos. If you are passionate about transforming the commercial landscape through major deals, love supporting clients from all industries and backgrounds and enjoy working for a company that puts your long-term development first, you may be our next Brokerage Coordinator. As an international Commercial Brokerage with operations in over 60 countries worldwide, we understand that the key to continued success lies in our people. We believe in a service-first approach to our business and we believe in giving back, not only in Edmonton but nationally. Last year we supported over 50 national charities, giving back in the communities where we work and live.

As Brokerage Coordinator, you will take care of a team of high performing Commercial Real Estate brokers with properties throughout Northern Alberta. No two days will be the same and you will be pushed to perform at a high level day in and day out. This isn’t just a job, it’s a career! We believe in promoting from within and giving our staff every opportunity to develop and grow both personally and professionally.

Advantages
Life as a Brokerage Coordinator is exciting and challenging. • Ongoing training and development
• Set schedule, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
• Full benefits

Qualifications
The successful Brokerage Coordinator will have a passion for results, will love working in a quick environment, and will have the confidence needed to make decisions with limited information keeping the goals of the company in mind.
