    Administrative support and agenda management for the department manager
    Inventory management and tracking

    Qualifications
    3 years of similar experiences
    Fluency in oral and written English and French
    Excellent organizational ability
    Mastery of the Microsoft suite including Excel
    Ability to communicate, dynamic, flexible and meticulous.
