Responsibilities
What your day will look like as an administrative coordinator in the food industry in downtown Montreal:
- Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls
- Manage equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies, and air conditioning
- Maintain contact with vendors and suppliers
- Write reports for management
- Supervise cleaning crews and maintenance workers
- Document processes and maintain maintenance records.
- Monitor maintenance budget expenditures.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Manage various vendors and related purchase orders
- Tasks related to billing
- Prepare and assist the Office Operations Team Leader in preparing presentations
- Manage travel and events (air, hotel, car, visa, etc.)
- Organize logistics and set up for external or internal workshops, events or seminars
- Arrange interviews and conference calls
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this administrative coordinator position in the food industry in downtown Montreal?
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
- Relevant experience in a similar field
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Autonomous, leader, team player, open minded, initiative and versatility
