We are currently looking for an administrative coordinator in the field of real estate finance in downtown Montreal.
- Temporary contract with possibility of permanence
- Workplace : Hybrid
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities
What your day will look like as an administrative coordinator in real estate finance in downtown Montreal:
Administrative support
- Organize meetings;
- Plan and organize team members' travel (flight, hotel, etc.);
- Prepare expense accounts and payment requests according to the policies in effect;
- Organize the logistics of team members' registrations and training;
- Follow up on time sheets;
- Produce a vacation calendar for team members and ensure its follow-up;
- Develop new PowerPoint presentation templates adapted to the needs of management;
- Drafting, formatting, correction, translation and revision of various documents;
- All other related tasks.
Document management
- Maintain a logical and functional filing system, both paper and electronic (scanning, archiving);
- Follow up on document compliance and promote "paperless" practices;
- Be responsible for archiving.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes for this administrative coordinator position in real estate finance in downtown Montreal?
- Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written);
- College diploma in communications, graphic design, secretarial techniques, administration or equivalent experience of at least 5 years in a similar field;
- Very rigorous, professional, detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure;
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
