Our client is a growing business in the financial world and is looking to expand their team with an administrative coordinator in Saint-Léonard.
Under the direction of the Director of Accounting, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office and responsibility for the administration of clients. You will also have the chance to organize corporate events such as 5 to 7 and management of the customer rewards program.
You will be part of a dynamic and respectful team with family values. It is a work environment that moves with committed and passionate people. The position is Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours a week with flexible hours and on-site parking!
