    Our client is a growing business in the financial world and is looking to expand their team with an administrative coordinator in Saint-Léonard.

    Under the direction of the Director of Accounting, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office and responsibility for the administration of clients. You will also have the chance to organize corporate events such as 5 to 7 and management of the customer rewards program.

    You will be part of a dynamic and respectful team with family values. It is a work environment that moves with committed and passionate people. The position is Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours a week with flexible hours and on-site parking!

    Responsibilities
    Correction and Writing of memos (English and French)
    Collaborate with the administrative team for activity planning and agendas
    Order management for internal supplies and different suppliers
    Participation in company events

    Excellent organizational skills.
    1 year of relevant experience.
    Computer skills.
    Good writing and communication skills
    Autonomous and proactive
