    We have an exciting contract role opportunity! Located in downtown Toronto, we are looking for an operations coordinator candidate to work for a fabulous organization specializing in office and corporate design.

    You will work alongside a dynamic team, providing direct support to the Project Manager and performing general coordinator/administrative duties. You will also coordinate and assist with inventory control and updating the internal database system. This role is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days required in the office.

    Responsibilities
    Provide systems and administrative support; order preparation and management
    File control and order close-out
    Data entry
    Project administration and close-out
    Process purchase orders
    Monitoring of inventory
    Provide direct support to the Project Manager
    Small order scheduling
    General administrative support

    Qualifications
    A university or college degree in business or related discipline preferred, or a combination of education and relevant administrative/coordinator work experience.
    Proficient knowledge of MS Office and other relevant office software
    Accurate keyboard skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Strong business problem-solving skills and professionalism
    Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
    Ability to multi-task; flexible and adaptable to change
