Then we have a role for you!We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who can hit the ground running, to provide high level support tostaff members of the Spiritual Leadership Team for our client. You will be working a 6 month contract to start covering a leave, with a strong potential of a 1 year+ contract. ADVANTAGESAdvantages• Paying 50k - 55k• Work from home Monday-Thursday 9-5 PM, Fridays 9-3 PM for Sabbath • 3 weeks vacation, all Jewish, and Ontario holiday's• Tight knit, small family feel office environmentRESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities• assist with any and all administrative tasks to the team, meet deadlines, prepare correspondence, reports,emails, memos, spreadsheets, grant submissions, etc.• Manage schedules, appointments and calendar; Arrange, confirm, and prepare briefings formeetings by obtaining relevant and critical information, materials and research prior to meetings.• Prepare agendas and briefing materials for meetings; attend meetings and record minutes withaction items and carry out appropriate follow ups as may be required.• Compose emails and other correspondence and provide appropriate follow ups.• Excellent written communication skills to compose drafts of articles and other postings asinformational comments for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. (Final drafts to be personalized)• Maintain various databases and CRM; ability to gather data and compile reports as necessary• Assist members as required.• Attend programs and events as required (flexible time schedule, sometimes you maybe required to part take on weekends or evenings)• Reconcile expense reports on a monthly basis as needed.• Prepare presentations and reports as required.• Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries prior to trips and conferences.• Maintain the strictest confidentiality.• Perform duties as assigned, including but not limited to member mailings and reception relief.QUALIFICATIONSRequirements• University or College Degree• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting an executive preferably within a non- profitenvironment• You possess strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of self-direction, follow-through and dependability,• Team player, self-starter, good judgment, discreet• Professionalism, discretion, hospitality, confidentiality and strong customer service / welcomingability• Strong MS Office and computer skills, experience with scheduling, calendar maintenance (CRM,Doodle, Calendly, etc.)• Familiarity with Database Management and Fundraising software an asset• Experience with social media, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and Instagram• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Knowledge of Jewish culture, traditions and observances and Hebrew a strong asset SUMMARYIf you meet these requirements, please do not hesitate to apply!
