Our client Largest Industrial Manufacturing Company is looking for an Administrative Support on a 3-month assignment in Point Lepreau. The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $20.25 per hour!

•Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations, and applies IT systems
•Prepares specialized routined report and correspondence, and/or statistics
•Maintains records and filing systems
•types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages.
•Completes routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned
•Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served

• Work for a well-recognized organization
• Pay rate: $20.50 per hour
• M-F, full time 9am - 5pm (3-month contract with the potential for extension)

• 3-5 years of work experience in one of Marketing, IT, Legal, Project Management, Finance, or Customer Service
• Possess a high attention to detail, strong organization and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Quick Learner
