    Advantages
    Located in Valleyfield
    Monday-Friday 9AM - 6PM or 10AM - 7PM
    Salary 21$/hr
    Weekly pay
    Temporary to permanent - Once permanent, receive full advantages of benefits, profit sharing and increase in salary.

    Responsibilities
    - Collaborate with various internal departments such as operations and sales
    - Operational and administrative tasks
    - Research lost packages or delivery errors and process customer files
    - Prepare and forward reports
    - Assist operations with all administrative tasks
    - Handle merchandise returns and communicate information to customers via email
    - All customer service related tasks - taking calls, processing orders, providing information,...
    - Attention to detail, problem solving
    - Team player, quick turnaround, work in a fast paced environment


    Qualifications
    - Post-secondary or higher education
    - Looking for a motivated individual
    - Experience in data entry
    - Someone who is a problem solver
    - Bilingual English/French (spoken and written)
    - Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    - Work in a fast-paced environment
