    Our Markham client is one of the largest Lighting Manufacturing companies in the country and is looking to hire an Administrator to join their team. The qualified candidate will belong to an amazing and expanding team on a full-time basis.

    The Administrator position offers a variety of tasks within a professional environment. Our client is looking for an individual who is capable of multitasking while providing pleasant and professional support.


    Advantages
    - Annual Incentive program
    -2 weeks, Vacation, PLUS an additional 1 week off work between Christmas and New Years.
    -6 personal days, off per year
    -Benefits include Health, Dental, and Vision
    - Stimulating work environment


    Responsibilities
    - Greeting visitors while ensuring security control
    - Receiving, distributing and dispatching mail and packages
    - Provide information, offer solutions and follow-up with customers regarding product availabilities, cross references, shipment (stock check), proof of delivery, deferred delivery dates, prices
    - Order entry, follow-ups and RGAs.
    - Participate in all sales, marketing meetings and trainings upon request.
    - Any other related tasks maybe required to support the team to maintain high customer service levels.

    Qualifications
    - Minimum 1 year in customer service
    - Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
    - Attention to detail
    - SAP experience is a huge asset
    - Outgoing and confident
