Are you looking for an administrative role within the Milton area? Do you come from experience working as an Administrator in a distribution environment? Are you looking for a full-time permanent opportunity? Then we would love to consider you for this Administrative role!

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that administrative functions in different departments are completed on a daily basis. This role will be heavily focused on administration and data entry. You will be responsible for entering new employee data into the Payroll system, updating contact information and maintaining employee files.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background in a distribution center. Must be able to work both alone and with a team.

Below are some more details about the opportunity:


- Administrative lead for several departments
- Organizing office social events and acting as an employee/vendor liaison
- Liaise with employees and vendors
- Assist with orientation of new hires and coordinating new hire documents
- Assisting with new hires on on-boarding and first-day orientation
- Maintaining reports and assisting other departments where necessary
- Payroll administration, such as entering employee data into the system
- General office administration such as transferring phone calls as required and facilitation communication between departments as needed.

- 5+ years of Administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and intermediate excel skills
