The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role is a key position in our firm providing the first point of contact for our clients and staff, therefore requires a positive, cheerful and enthusiastic individual. This role requires the successful candidate to work independently on day-to-day tasks, as well as provide effective support to the engineering team and other clerical staff. This position requires a versatile individual who thrives on a variety of assignments and is able to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with ease.

Responsibilities
● Greeting clients, contractors, vendors, couriers and other delivery personnel in a warm and
professional manner,
● Answering, filtering and directing incoming calls to appropriate person,
● Scheduling boardroom bookings, setting up and cleaning boardrooms,
● Arranging catering,
● Managing inventory, ordering and putting away various supplies,
● Administering all incoming/outgoing mail and couriers,
● Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● Exceptional time management and strong organization skills
● Discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality displayed at all times
● Adaptable and able to work with multiple personalities within a collective team environment
● High School diploma
● A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration will be given preference
● Highly competent in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
● Proficient keyboarding skills 50wpm
