Contrat 12 mois minimum
Tous les niveaux (junior, intermediaire, senior)
XP en aeronautique obligatoire
10 ans de residence au canada obligatoire (pour avoir les certificats de securité)

Your responsabilities:

The candidate will work in the stress department.
He will perform modifications and repairs on military aircraft (CF-18) as well as civil aircraft and helicopter.
The candidate will be responsible to perform, under supervision, stress calculations in: static, damage tolerance, and durability using classical as well as finite element methods.
He will demonstrate, from a structural point of view, compliance to FAR 25 (civil) and military specifications (CF-18).

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering (aeronautic option, preferable);
Knowledge in software like: NASTRAN, PATRAN, CATIA, MSOffice;
Knowledge of computer environment like: UNIX, PC;
Ability to read drawings;
Ability to work in multidisciplinary groups;
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

Operational requirements :

Must be eligible for registration to the Controlled Goods Program;
Must be eligible to obtaining and maintaining the government of Canada’s “Reliability” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;
Location not accessible via public transportation, car required.
