industrial automation in eastern Canada. We are currently looking for a representative in the after-sales service in Dollard Des Ormeaux

The role of after-sales service representatives is to offer excellent service to our customers. In addition, he or she will have
to reduce the administrative burden on internal salespeople in order to maximize efficiency
of these.

The candidate will report directly to the Internal Sales Supervisor and work closely with him/her.
collaboration with our internal sales staff. The Internal Sales Assistant will follow the procedures and
instructions and will represent Everest in providing reliable and quality service to our customers.

Enter customer orders
Purchase non-stock products
Make quotations based on information provided by internal vendors
Respond to sales order reminders
Train new employees

Salary $45,000-$60,000 based on experience
2 weeks of vacation (negotiable according to experience)
Profit shares and premiums
RRSP, 4% contribution from the company
Medical and dental benefits

General DEC
Min 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Bilingualism in French/English, both written and oral. Experience and desire to serve customers.
Good user of the Office suite.
Experience in the automotive industry
Results-oriented and able to manage a variable workload;
Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
Good ability to manage several priorities at once;
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
