    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Shift times:

    Afternoon shift -
    Training: 3-5 weeks on Days 7:00 am-4:30
    Regular Shift Afternoon - 2:30pm - 11:00pm

    Salary:
    $19/hr

    Location:
    Hurontario - Derry Road E, Mississauga, ON

    Advantages
    Potential for permanent hire
    Thorough training provided, with an opportunity to further develop your skills in other departments
    Lots of overtime

    Responsibilities
    Responsible for setting up and operating die-cutting machines.
    Sets up and operates die-cutting equipment to perform creasing, cutting, stripping, and embossing in the manufacture of folding cartons.
    Adjust processing machines and equipment
    Take samples and perform routine physical tests of products
    Record production data

    Qualifications
    At least 3 months of experience in manufacturing
    Simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions
    Physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, and pulling. (up tp 50 lbs)
    Must be able to consistently stand for an entire shift
