Responsibilities
- Achieve objectives in a safe manner and according to policies, procedures,
and work instructions. Display conduct that is consistent with these policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintaining 5S standards
- Expected to perform all assigned work at or above required standards.
- Perform all quality inspections
- Work within all safety rules and wear required PPE and safety equipment.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly.
- Instructs new employees on safe work practices, machine operations and Quality
requirements.
- Participate in cycle counting and physical inventory as required.
- May be assigned other duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 1 year Machine operator experience
- Willingness to be cross trained on multiple machines
- Ability to understand, read, and write English accurately in order to follow verbal
and written instructions, prepare necessary paperwork, and communicate with
other team members.
- Knowledge of all materials and components.
- Transit is not available at the end of the shift so reliable transportation is required.
