Responsibilities
• Ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope and
budget
• Lead and liaise with enterprise-wide businesses, functions and service partners, including
external third party vendors on cross-functional initiatives
• Champion strong program governance and execution assurance processes, integrating project
plans at a program level, refining as required and managing outcomes in line with the business
objectives
• Manage the delivery of projects with multiple stakeholders and technical, business and data
components
• Facilitate and/or manage the gathering of business requirements enterprise-wide from BUs and
Functions and develop detailed project plans and artifacts
• Manage program level communications, including status reports, and provide senior leadership
team with timely updates on operational program issues
• Establish processes to identify program/project issues and risks, resolves complex program
issues and escalates and manage resolution as required
• Ensure contingency plans are identified and executed
• Create metrics and manages with a higher level of information (i.e., at the trends and
management indicator level); differentiates between project and program metrics
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of Program/Project Management experience managing large scale initiatives with
significant complexity and value delivering multiple technical, business, operations, and data
components working both with in house and with vendor partners
• Scrum Master experience managing initiatives using an Agile Management Framework
• Previous experience in managing digital projects, involving consulting, user experience and/or
software development in large corporate environments
• Demonstrated leadership ability in an Agile environment including experience leading complex
programs, that include a number of sub-programs and involve multiple and business/ functional
stakeholders with multiple streams, moving at different paces
• Experience interacting cross-enterprise with multiple client business and functions and an
understanding of relevant technology, standards, methodologies and audit requirements
• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end experience with credit card launches/projects.
• Agile delivery experience
• Experience with other delivery methodologies
• Jira/Confluence
• Mural: collaboration tool.
• Leadership skills
• Coaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Individual comfortable being uncomfortable
Nice-to-have
• PMP, PgMP, CSM certifications
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience
• Undergraduate degree in Business/Engineering
• Advanced knowledge of CRM, CIF, Client Onboarding
• Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, Jira, Confluence
• LeanKit
• Banking Experience

• Proven ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed environment and strong change
management, communication and facilitation skills
• Able to identify and/or recommend opportunities create/contribute to tactical and strategic
vision
• Passion for delivery and track record of successful delivery; enthusiastic attitude for success;
