Responsibilities
•Leading agile delivery by guiding the squad in applying Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks to plan, execute, and deliver initiatives aligned with business and customer priorities.
•Maintaining a strong customer focus, ensuring the team prioritizes work that delivers the most value and aligns with customer needs and outcomes.
•Fostering team collaboration and growth by creating a psychologically safe environment, removing impediments, and promoting continuous learning and sustainable delivery practices.
•Engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and clear communication of goals, progress, and risks.
•Using data-driven insights to support retrospectives, track performance, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
•A minimum of 3 years of experience as a dedicated Agile Project Manager, with additional experience in project management, program management, or business analysis.
•Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to apply them effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
•Demonstrated servant leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team enablement, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
•Proven ability to facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and align stakeholders across business and technical teams.
•An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and customer-centric delivery.
•Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and Planview Portfolios is considered an asset.
•Certifications such as PSM, PMP, DASM, or DASSM are preferred.
•Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
