The incumbent participates in the project activities and evolution of the management's Archer software package. She analyzes the various business needs, ensuring that she recommends the best possible solutions. It implements the functional and configuration changes of the applications. She liaises and follows up with external suppliers when requesting service. She may be called upon to act as a resource person within the project team for the implementation of various modules of the Archer solution. She works with business teams, identifies opportunities for improvement, proposes and recommends solutions in order to optimize and develop services, tools, processes and work methods.

Main responsibilities:
Support the business teammate in defining their needs, targeting, entering, analyzing and interpreting the information and data necessary to support the decision-making process in the choice of appropriate technological solutions, as well as the control processes the application of policies and management practices in force
Analyze the risks. Write various reports, tests and recommendations. Provide advisory support in their implementation
Participate in the preparation and proposal of action plans likely to promote the development and deployment of solutions and the correction of situations encountered, in accordance with generally accepted guidelines and rules

Required profile:
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a functional analyst role with applications intended for medium and large companies
- Proven experience in the field of operational risks
- Confirmed experience with the Archer tool (an important asset)
- Experience in an Agile work environment
- Understanding of systems development and support processes
- Intermediate level knowledge of English
- Have a keen analytical mind and have excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a multitasking environment despite constraints and pressures
