Advisor, Business Analyst (functional, data management)

As a business analysis advisor in the IT vice-presidency of banking services, in the context of a data protection project, you contribute to the analysis of data, the business rules associated with those - here in order to identify sensitive data to be protected according to the confidentiality classifications of the Mouvement.
You also participate in the analysis of the functional and business rules of the various applications with our partners in order to identify the impacts, propose solutions and help establish the necessary quality assurance activities.

You exercise an advisory and support role with team members, clients, projects and partners in various intervention mandates.
You will need to coordinate the impact analysis across all applications using banking data.
Links between colleagues will be frequent: a good team spirit, an openness to collaboration and transversality between departments.
You will be called upon to interact in agile mode with various groups / players working in complementary areas of expertise.
Being curious, independent and having a good sense of analysis are essential to be successful in this position.
Be customer-oriented and demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.
You act in collaboration with the solutions architect as a resource person in your area of ​​expertise with your unit and our partners.
The demands of the job also require the ability to quickly assimilate new tools, technologies and processes.

Main responsibilities:
Collect business needs related to the objectives required by Security and Compliance
Analyze the potential application impacts on the applications according to the protective measures put in place
Support the development team until the solution is validated
Work as a team to develop common goals, and to evolve existing processes, tools and roles
Update its activities in the monitoring tools and ensure the documentation for future reference

- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (functional)
- Concepts and principles of banking systems
- Computer technical knowledge
- Planning, documentation & drafting techniques, analysis and management of business requirements
- Understanding of quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of banking business processes
- Strategic planning
- Ability to formulate concepts (popularization and synthesis)
- Ability to quickly assimilate new tools and processes
- Ability to work in Agile mode. (Scrumban, JIRA tool)
- Diplomacy
- Negotiation

Specific knowledge
- Knowledge of CA-TDM software or other data anonymization tool (asset)
- Experience in banking (essential)
