Responsibilities
• Processing hundreds of invoices daily
• Process expense reports
• Participate in month-end closing
• Preparing accruals, prepaid expenses, journal entries, etc.
• Reconciliate credit cards statements

Qualifications
• Experience in a similar position
• Bilingual: professional level
• Excel: pivot tables and formulas such as VLOOKUP
• Available immediately
• Experience with SAP (asset)
