Responsibilities
 Prepare / oversee all design concepts for quoting and production purposes working
with clients, contractors, suppliers and sales personnel to determine requirements
 Instruct/oversee and work together with Design/Drafting employees in all required
design projects
 Assist with Engineering and Drafting employee development and training
 Active involvement in determining Engineering and Drafting team resource needs
(employees, software, etc.)
 Active involvement with personnel search for draftsmen as required
 Assist clients with technical problems and work with Service Team to ensure
necessary staff dispatched to troubleshoot client issues as they arise
 Meet with drafting and production employees at the beginning of each build to
discuss design details and production process and any issues that need to be
addressed
 Assist Production Team with issues arising during production

Qualifications
Entry level Engineer with a good working knowledge of Software's such as AutoCAD and Solidworks
