Responsibilities
Ensure the timely resolution of technical issues
Understand our customers’ business processes to deliver effective support and answer questions from customers
Create and update documentation as required to provide a better support experience for our customers and expand internal knowledge management system
Share customer insights with our product team for inclusion in our product road map
Continuously contributing to the improvement of our overall service delivery model
Adhere to case SLA’s ex - MTTR (Respond and Repair)
Assist with technical support process and escalation management
Share customer insights with our product team for inclusion in our product road map
Continuously contributing to the improvement of our overall service delivery model
Work with Team Lead and Director to provide recommendations on resource training, staffing and documentation needs
Ability to provide on-call pager support that is scheduled on a rotating basis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering
Technical experience and proficiency in deploying and supporting enterprise software solutions
Experience with SaaS, and in particular, experience with and/or knowledge of Microsoft Azure (AWS, Google cloud)
Working knowledge of SQL queries/commands, basic UNIX/LINUX commands and batch scripting
Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and major databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
Good knowledge of PHP, Ajax, asp.net, react framework, PowerShell
Strong team player and individual contributor with the ability to build relationships across the organization
Experience handling escalations and working with L2/l3 support - external facing
