As an AR and Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the accounts team with reconciling outstanding client invoices. Responsibilities
Monitoring and maintaining records for client accounts and reviewing accounts in arrears to ensure appropriate actions are taken
Notifying debtors of overdue payments and accounts by telephone, mail, and email – including timely follow-up if a reply is not received
Liaising with Sales and Accounts departments where necessary to determine payments plans and next steps
Preparing reports related to collections
Qualifications
Min 2 years of direct experience in collections/receivable
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and follow through
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
