Responsibilities
•Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
•Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
•Processing/posting of monthly credit card transactions.
•Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
•Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
•Other items as required to support the accounting and sales departments.
Qualifications
Min 3-5 years experience in AR and AP, with working knowledge of general ledger
Excellent written and verbal communication
Deadlines driven and able to complete tasks on time
Collaborative team player
