Our client, a world leading office furniture manufacturer, is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a charming personality and impeccable technical skills. If you are an Administrative Assistant who not only enjoys working with people but also draws his energy through them AND has the skills of a true professional, we would LOVE to hear from you!

What you would be doing?

• In this role you’ll be the bridge that connects and holds all teams
• Interact, communicate and assist customers using high degrees of hospitality and professionalism
• Handling calls/voicemails, mailbox and directing it to the right contacts
• Helping with mail courier shipping and receiving and also managing office supplies
• Prepare and/or assist teams in preparation of invitations, presentations and other material
• Liaise with clients to ensure product delivery and pick up
• Generate reports, process payments to vendors and track all activities
• Set deadlines and deliver by working individually

Qualifications
What you need to have?

• Degree in Business or equivalent
• 1+ year relevant experience in a corporate office/ high-end hospitality environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• The ability to wear many hats and professionally transition between roles seamlessly
• High levels of autonomy and the ability to be a team player
• Detail oriented with the focus and knack to prioritize tasks
• Previous Administrative Assistant experience in a similar environment is an asset!
