Responsibilities
• Providing timely and efficient administrative support to the Director and Sales team
• Assisting in Planning, and Coordinating various meetings and company events
• Answering phone calls, sorting mails, and escalating them to the appropriate team
• Liaising with internal and external vendors to maintain the office supplies
• Gathering primary and secondary information to prepare reports that serve the business needs
• Using CRM to gather information on monthly sales forecast and communicating it with the sales team
• Coordinating with the facilities team to ensure that the materials and equipment required are available and in operational order
Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under a fast paced and a deadline-driven work environment
• High comfort level with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
