If you like using your hands and have prior experience in a similar role, apply today!- Different shifts available:Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-11:30pm ($0.75/h prime)Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-2:00am ($1/h prime)Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm ($3/h prime)Advantages- Weekly pay- $17/h WITH PRIMES- Accessible by public transport- Close to highway 40- Close to shopping centers- Possibility of permanence- Different shifts available:Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-11:30pm ($0.75/h prime)Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-2:00am ($1/h prime)Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm ($3/h prime)Responsibilities- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembler operations.- Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.- Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.- Provides support in manufacturing operations and/or distribution centers including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products.- May set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.- Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with higher levels recommending and/or making adjustments to methods and processes.- May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers.Qualifications- Secondary 5 completed or equivalency- Able to work 8 hour shifts on feet- Experience in handling small and/or delicate products- Minimum 6 months of experience as an assembler or in a similar position- May require vocational training and/or certificationSummaryAre you interested in this production assembler position in Pointe-Claire?
