Our client is looking for an electrical assembler (entry level) to help on multiple projects like cable and wire assembly building, qc testing, receptacles, and more.
The company is a reputed player in the electronics manufacturing industry and they provide all the cable supplies for specific projects like Music Festivals, Netflix shows and more.

You'll be working for a leading company servicing electrical needs, mostly electrical cables/wires in different lengths and shapes assembly different cable connectors for testing before shipping.
You will be sitting most of the time as your role will consist more on attention to detail and accurate work.
Training will be provided
Shift time: 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday
Pay rate: $17/hr
Position: Assembler
Location: Markham (Victoria Park and Shields Court is the nearest major intersection)
Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person with room for growth.

What you will be doing
- Making sure electrical circuits and connectors get placed in the right place
- Assemble the end of the extension courts correctly
-Lift up to 25lbs depending on requirements
-Electrical assembly
-Assembling panels
-Receptacles
Qualifications
-Hands on work experience in a similar assembly role
- Hand dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn fast and to do accurate work
- Lift 50 lbs if required (depending on cable)
- Open to learn new things
