Responsibilities
Precision Assembly: Review work orders and acquire necessary parts to assemble Artificial Lift products according to mechanical and electrical drawings.
Testing & Diagnostics: Perform standardized test procedures on parts and assemblies; document all data, observations, and results accurately.
Maintenance & Repair: Assist in repair and maintenance efforts, identifying root causes of malfunctions and implementing efficient solutions.
Technical Documentation: Acquire and document knowledge of assembly tools, techniques, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality & Safety: Incorporate Reliability, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and Quality analysis techniques into every stage of the assembly process.
Collaboration: Coordinate with manufacturing teams and solicit guidance from supervisors to ensure assembly sequences meet exact specifications.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, electronics, or a related technical field.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are highly appreciated.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, repair manuals, and technical specifications.
Tool Proficiency: Skilled in the use of hand and power tools for fine-detail work and precise measurements.
Physical Coordination: Strong hand-eye coordination and the patience for repetitive, high-precision tasks.
