Responsibilities
• Ensuring all accounting practices are in compliance with legal guidelines and established accounting principles.
• Managing all aspects of the general ledger.
• Bank reconcilliation
• Prepares and consolidating financial statements monthly quarterly and annually to summarize and forecast the company’s financial status.
• Produce and manage balance sheets and analyze future earnings and expenses.
• Use accounting software to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Coordinates with and prepares reports for CFO, Controller and upper management.
• Interpret quantitative data and design statistical models for trends and forecasts.
• Statistical reporting.
• Analyzing and reporting cost variances.
• Balance and prepare weekly temporary division reports for management; address any variances.
• Maintain databases and ensure that data is reliable.
• Assist as needed, in month, quarter and year-end closing process.
• Coordinate or assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in preparing for annual audits.
• Provide support to cross functional teams.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis.

Qualifications
•CPA designation
•2-5 years’ supervisory experience
•High attention to detail, accuracy
• Strong understanding of debits and credits
• Strong technical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
•Excellent listening skills along with written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong time managment skills
