    I am recruiting for a Assistant Facility Supervisor to help ensure the facility teams needs and projects are being communicated and completed on a timely manner.

    In this role you will be responsible for ongoing feedback between the facilities, procurement and contract management teams.

    Responsibilities
    What your day will look like

    - ongoing communication between all departments
    - ensuring best practices are being flowed with your team and other departments
    - involved in energy reduction initiatives

    Qualifications
    Do you have what it takes?

    - post secondary school in skilled trade or environmental building system operator
    - manage PM actives
    - experience within welding environment is an asset
    - knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook
    - 3+ years’ supervisory experience
    - good with problem solving
    - manage new projects and communicate with vendors and contractors
