We are a Food Processing company and we are currently looking for an Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team in Delta.

Position: Assistant Production Supervisor
Shift: Afternoon - 4:00 pm tp 12:00 am – Lots of overtime available
Pay: Depending on experience
Location: Delta

•Assisting the Dayshift Supervisor to organize production focused tasks including the setup of processing lines and allocating staff to achieve daily goals and KPI’s.
•Working with different production lines and lead hands to become familiar and actively manage both primary and value added processing areas.
•Must be able to multi-task and be relatively good with numbers.
•Coordinating different recruitment and staffing agencies to source workers for both permanent and temporary labour positions.
•Experience supervising and managing a team
•Have previously worked in food processing plants is preferred
•Must have good computer skills.
•Must be flexible, team-player and easy to get along with and work with.

•Have 3+ years of experience working in an Industrial Production environment
•Experience with Food Processing is preferred
•Have leadership experience
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
•Time management and problem-solving skills
•Have good computer skills
•Be a Team Player
