Assistant Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be personable, customer oriented and willing to learn and grow! We are seeking someone with a career growth mindset that wants to move into a Project Manager role in the future.

Responsibilities
-Assisting the Senior Project Manager
-Organizing proofs and interpreting instructions to get items to production
-Packing and shipping proofs once production is complete
-Working with UPS and FedEx Systems
-Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer service role
- High school diploma required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with graphic design an asset
- Experience in the print press or graphic design industries a strong asset
