- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (and 4pm on Fridays!)
- Location: Ottawa south-east

Responsibilities
- Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
- be responsible for the supervision and activities of all site staff, service providers and contractors
- Host weekly team meetings in conjunction with the Property Manager
- Respond and tend to tenant emergencies when necessary
- Ensure maintenance repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Assist with annual suite inspections
- Ensure compliance with all legislations
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in customer service and administration
- Property management is considered an asset
- Superior time management skills
- Strong communication skills (Bilingual is not mandatory but an asset)
