Responsibilities
● Direct sub-contractor activities
● Analyze manpower, material, equipment requirements
● Enforce corporate policies and procedures, and related work rules including Safety Standards
● Prepare progress reports and forecasts, and assist in contract negotiations
● Assist preparing construction methods, schedules, manning charts, material, and equipment
● Ensure tools and equipment are in safe operating condition
Qualifications
● Degree in Architecture, an Engineering or Scientific discipline, or specialized courses in Construction Management or equivalent experience and training
● Work experience in construction trades, non-technical or technical positions
● WHMIS and Fall Protection training
