We are looking for a counter salesperson that has some experience working with automotive parts.
Please see below more details about this position.

The Counter Sales Associate provides excellent customer service in selling a diversified line of products.

Shift: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Wage: $45,000 – $50,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Burnaby


Responsibilities
• Sell and support a diversified line of products via phone, email and over-the-counter
• Greats all customers (in person or over the phone) with a positive, engaging and welcoming attitude
• Handle customer transactions; including sales, returns, defectives in a timely manner
• Ensuring customers’ orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards and all operating procedures
• Adhere to the 5S program and take an active role in the store’s cleanliness, branding, product merchandising, cleanliness, the physical appearance of stock, safety, health and environmental compliance
• Other store support related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions and delivery/pickup of the product as required

Qualifications
• Team-player and an ability to work independently
• Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
• Experience with MS Office products
• Experience with Automotive industry
