Responsibilities
• Advance enabling technologies for Automation, Data & Analytics, DevOps, API, and Digital
Assets, for in-cloud and on-prem Contact Center services and technologies.
• Develop and deploy automation, data mining, analytics, visualizations, dashboards, and
reporting for Operations and Stakeholder use.
• Work and collaborate with other technical teams, to develop and deliver analytics and
automation solutions for Contact Center Services
Qualifications
• Passion and thought leadership for innovation and automation
• 5 years’ experience in automation development
• Solid understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business
process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
• Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with hands-on configuration and development
of automated solutions
• Understanding of enterprise methodologies, such as ITIL, CMMI, and Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC)
• Solid business and technical acumen, with demonstrated agility in learning and ability to
become comfortable with unfamiliar businesses areas or technologies
• Strong relationship management and consulting skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline
