Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the Company.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives, revision of objectives, and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Mentor and lead team managers.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the Automation Department.
Qualifications
• 5 plus years of related experience managing multiple teams.
• 7 to 8 years related experience in an automation environment, working as a Automation Engineer or Controls Engineer
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, financial, and operations management.
