Responsibilities
In this Accounting Deal Clerk role in Mississauga, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Prepare accounting entries.
• Post all New and Pre-Owned vehicle deals
• Enter car sales packages into system.
• Post dealer trade deals and journal entries
• Reconciliation of the number of deals booked and the gross profit on each deal with the sales managers
• Calculation of commission.
• Monthly reconciliation of inventory schedules.
• Assisting with other accounting duties.
Qualifications
To qualify for this Accounting Deal Clerk role in Mississauga, you will need the following:
• Must have experience with CDK, PDS, Reynolds & Reynolds.
• Must have 1+ yrs of accounting experience.
• Must have experience working in an Automotive Dealership.
• Must have Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment.
