We're looking for a B2B eCommerce Specialist - Retail! This will be an 18-month engagement with the option to WFH. (Candidate must still be in the GTA region).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Digital Product Management experience
- Digital Marketing Content Management (creating content not needed)
- Hybris or other CMS is a nice-to-have skill

Position Summary:
Responsible for the online activities of sales division(s). This includes planning and execution of our Online Store, social, CRM strategies, while developing/deploying, maintaining, and reporting on all existing and new eStore (B2B/B2C) initiatives for a sales division to drive incremental sales & profit while ensuring our online market leadership and distinction from our competitors.
1. Online B2B account Launch (Aggregators/Direct):
· Work with partners and agencies and build and update the online brand environment within partners’ websites
· EPP onboarding support
· Responsible for facilitating internal alignment on initiatives
· Provide product, feature, and marketing creatives and copies
· Responsible for internal approval processes pertaining to online
· Responsible for wireframe design
· EPP price management
· EPP translations
2. Online Content Enhancement:
· Assess current product/feature contents
· Work with account partners by providing consistent and enhanced images, videos, and copies to improve our messaging.
· Proactively assess the online current state and identify areas of improvement and lead the improvement activities.
3. Online Brand shop Maintenance :
· Ensure all ATL/BTL activities and new product launches are properly highlighted on the online brand shop by working with Account Managers, Product Management team, and Marketing Communications to provide regular updates.
4. Online SKU Set-up:
· Develop an optimized content collection and delivery process to support Account Managers with setting up new SKUs for online by working back with PM team/RM Team to ensure consistent product descriptions are displayed across all retailers.
5. Online SKU Enhancement & Management:
· Assess and current SKU pages on all retailers and determine areas of improvement. Once improvements have been identified, collect all the necessary information and assets to build best-in-class product pages, and work with accounts to implement.
· Monitor appropriate SKU listings, contents and links on retailers’ websites while ensuring healthy inventory levels
· Prepare regular status reports and share back with the Account Managers/PM/RM team.
6. Project management Support:
· Support ad-hoc online projects that require developing project plans, processes, scheduling, progress reporting, and execution.
· Work closely with the business including Account Managers, Product Management team, Retail Management, Marketing Communications, and Process Innovation on projects as required.
7. KPI management:
· Track, summarize and report on online performance (sales, page views, conversion rates, etc.) on a regular basis to evaluate the return on investments.
· Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to both internal stakeholders and HQ
